About :Alexander Glazunov (1865-1936) was a Russian composer, music teacher and conductor of the late Russian
Romantic period. He served as director of the Saint Petersburg Conservatory between 1905 and 1928 and spent the last years of his life in France. The Rêverie Op. 24 for French horn and piano was published in 1890. Glazunov was himself a good horn player and played in several orchestras as a student.
