About :Teofilo Chantre is a poet-singer from Cape Verde who wrote many pieces for Cesaria Evora. He composed a Creole song for the children of a rural commune of France. A music that is between bossa nova and bolero, both tender and elegant, refined and full of charm. This "sodad" atmosphere evokes the nostalgia for ones country, love which can be happy, but often thwarted, the hardships of life that do not spare the youth.
With the participation of the children choir of the primary school of Bellignat (France).
This track is published by Mômeludies, and produced by Le Fil de l'Air.
