About :Giacomo Puccini (1858 - 1924) is considered as one of the great composers of the end of the 19th century and of the 20th century. Passed to posterity for his operas, of which La Bohème, Tosca and Madame Butterfly are the most famous, he also wrote some very beautiful pieces for string quartet. Among those works, "Crisantemi", composed in 1890 in memory of the Duke of Aosta.
