About :Joseph Haydn (1732-1809) was an Austrian composer, considered the father of classicism, his longevity bridging the gap between the late Baroque and early Romantic periods. He left a considerable body of work, including 104 symphonies, 68 string quartets, operas, and 51 piano sonatas. He also composed four violin concertos, the most famous of which are the first and fourth, often studied in conservatories.
