Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart composed most of his flute repertoire during his second last stay in Paris in 1778. The Second Concerto in D major, K. 314, is none other than an adaptation of his concerto for oboe and orchestra, K. 314, previously written for the oboist Giuseppe Ferlendis.
